Sick of It, directed by Italian filmmaker Antonello Schioppa, is the short film which received the highest appreciation from the Internet users on Short.Web 8.0. After a four months stay on fastweb.it portal, which hosted the 36 international shorts in competition in the ARCIPELAGO Short Fest's Online Contest from June 13 to October 19 (about 34,000 were the unique users), Sick of It reached the first place with a score of 1,926 out of 20,165, closely followed by the second ranked film, Horn, by Italian-Japanese director Tak Kuroha (with a score of 1,436).

Last October 19, at 24:00 (Italian time), the deadline for voting the short films of Short.Web 8.0, the online competition of ARCIPELAGO - 16th Internationational Festival of Short Films and New Images, has expired.

After four months on fastweb.it, the first two films which got the best scores by the Internet users will be awarded with the money prizes of Euros 1.500,00 and 1.000,00 - offered by Fastweb - for the Best Online Short Films.
